Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do ship Worldwide!
How can I pay?
We currently accept both PayPal and credit card payments!
You do not need a PayPal account to pay.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, there will be a 1-4 day processing period followed by a 5-10 day shipping period. In total, it can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to receive your items. Shipment times vary per order, please bare with us. Don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment!
Will I get an order tracking number?
Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-4 days). Email: care@saahiba.com with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one promptly. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.
Will you have more designs, styles, and products often?
Yes, we will be releasing more styles and products weekly! Be sure to follow us for sales and new arrivals!
What should I do if I receive a defective item?
We take pride in the quality and workmanship of what we make.
In the rare, unfortunate event that you receive defective merchandise, just write to us at care@saahiba.com along with your order number and we will replace it promptly or refund your purchase price.
What if my oder is not delivered on time?
We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting. Our orders are mostly delivered from our India and US facilities. We usually ship the order from our facility within 2-4 days of receiving it. And it can take up to 5-10 business days for your order to reach you.
We'd really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We'll always be there to assist you and let you know about its status. You'll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.

What if I ordered by mistake / I'm no longer interested in the product I ordered?
We understand that. You can change your mind. Just let us know by filling out the 'Contact Us' form, or by writing to us at care@saahiba.com.
If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and issue a refund.
If the order was already shipped, we wouldn't be able to cancel it. We will request you to send it back once you receive it, and we will issue a refund, minus the shipping fee.
Where can I track my order?
Order information + tracking details are immediately sent on your registered email ID. Do check there once. If you find it difficult to track, mail us at: care@saahiba.com.
Will you email me when my order is shipped out?
Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched.
What happens if I type in the wrong address?
If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us promptly care@saahiba.com & we will change it to the correct address.
If your order has been sent out, it is really not in our hands to change the delivery address.
